Here are some tasks:

Check out the Shiftplan and our Task description Sheet for more detailed Infos. We count on you as a Helper to do at least three 2-3hours shifts in total, including one kitchen shift and one cleaning shift.
IMPORTANT INFOS
Here are some Important infos for you!
Our main Volunteer Meeting is in the Garden on Saturday at 10:00 – We welcome you from Saturday Morning 8:00 on (arrive only on Friday if you have been asked for)! Please be there so that we can Check-in with each other and clarify last questions.
We also made a Volunteer Telegram group (link in the email) you should join to stay connected and get updates .
If you haven’t already, please take a look at the shift plan and pick minimum 3 shifts.

WHAT TO BRING
WHAT TO BRING (VERY IMPORTANT!)
- Mouth-nose-mask
- Your own cup & maybe a bottle,
- Lunghi or blanket, Sleepingbag, Matresscover !!
OPTIONAL
- Tent (recommended because of covid & privacy)
- What you need to make yourself comfortable (favorite costumes, yoga mat, games, your favorite sex toys, massage oil, etc.)
- What you have to entertain the community (music instruments, Hula hoops, juggling balls, pois, etc.)

As we have the Incubator ongoing on friday we will ask you to come only on Saturday morning. We kindly ask you to be present at this meeting. Friday arrival is just possible for those who have been contacted separately to help with the general set up.
Please look at the Shift Task description & the detailed Set up Team Schedule in advance.
Saturday: Arrival possible from 8:00 on.

ACCOMMODATION:
- If you want to sleep on the spot, we recommend you to bring your own tent or Van
- We also have tree mattress camps (no sex allowed in them in the night. Also we wanna raise awareness that we recommend a tent due to COVID-19 and for privacy.

A Sleeping bag, bedsheets and a cup are essential. A Tent would also be good.

PAYMENT
Please pay your Helper ticket online (If you haven’t already)
The Payment infos are in our last email <3 All tickets include the rent of the facility, workshops, performances & music, supplies, disinfection materials and the team costs. We are as well offering a range of delicious food & drinks. Some drinks cost extra but you will get a Voucher for €20 – For around 4/6 Drinks a Day and 2 Snacks
Please be aware if you never show up without sending us an email we will put you on a blacklist for all coming events. If you cancel late, we will put you on the Greylist.

Camping spots to put your tent.
We also have these three mattress camps available but due Corona we recommend a personal tent.

ARRIVAL
ADDRESS: Spitzmühlenweg 2, 15344 Strausberg, Brandenburg at the Neue Spitzmühle
Bahnhof: Straußberg Nord then 3km with the Bike, Taxi or by Food. If you need a pickup please tell us in advance but try first to seek a ride on our Rideshare list.
FOOD & DRINKS: We will also have two amazing abundant brunches that are included as Coffee & Tea .We will refresh you with fresh lemonade and ice teas at the bar in exchange for the vouchers you got at the entry . On Saturday night and Sunday afternoon we will have Snacks in exchange for the Voucher.
